Frequently Asked Questions

Most merchandise will be packaged within 24 hours and delivered within 7 to 12 days after order is placed. If an item is on backorder or is a special order, we will send you an e-mail indicating the approximate shipping date.

Most orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Large and/or heavy items may have shipping charges in addition to those indicated here. Any additional shipping charges will either be stated within the item description or will be communicated to you via e-mail or phone prior to shipping.

We will be happy to provide expedited shipping via USPS Express Mail at a charge of $35.00 in addition to the basic shipping charge.

Customized Gift Baskets:

A form is provided on the site indicating the many options available for customized gift baskets. Simply mark the items you wish to include, and we'll take care of it from there. If you have an extra special request, just drop us an e-mail or give us a call, and we'll do our best to comply. If at all possible, we will e-mail a photo of the finished product for approval. Shipping charges will be determined based on the delivery zone and package weight, and will be communicated either by e-mail or phone prior to shipping.
